Cusker Consultancy Occupational Therapy provides specialist assessment reports and rehabilitation programmes to solicitors, case managers and businesses, charities for clients following accidents and injuries. Some of the conditions we have experience of are: traumatic orthopedic injuries, amputation, spinal cord injury, visual deficits and brain injury.
We provide assessments in York, Leeds, Hull, Manchester, Sheffield, Newcastle and the surrounding northern regions of England.

Sarah Smith is our director. She has over 20 years’ experience as an Occupational Therapist in the NHS and private healthcare sector in the UK and overseas. Patient focused, with a creative and adaptable approach to assessing client needs and developing individual, multidisciplinary treatment programmes. She works to high clinical standards and is driven by a strong desire to enable people to take control of their lives regardless of their injury.
